Payment Options
First Response Data Recovery gives you several payment options to choose from. We accept most major credit cards as well as COD, wire transfers, and purchase orders with prior approval. As a matter of policy, all recovery fees must be paid before data can be released.
The diagnostic fee must be received before we will begin the diagnostic process. Please note that your final invoice must be paid before First Response Data Recovery will release recovered data (unless prior arrangements are made).
Service Options
Emergency data recovery is normally completed within 12 to 36 hours. Our engineers will work round the clock, including weekends, to recover your data.
When we receive your Work Order Confirmation and your drive (or other storage device), we will run a complete diagnostic to determine the nature of the problem. We will then provide you with the following:
- Our data recovery engineers evaluate the condition of your storage device.
- You will be provided a complete file list of all possible recoverable files.
- You verify that the files you need are on the recoverable file list.
- You are given a final price for the recovery.
- Data is returned on a new 250 GB external USB hard drive or larger if necessary.
If it discovered that the data you need is unrecoverable due to irreparable damage to your storage device, the only cost to you is the diagnostic fee, plus the return shipping cost for your storage device.
